Paper-Globe Pendant Focal Point
The Dining Room's central challenge was a large blank wall that risked visual emptiness without competing with the living room's busy gallery arrangement. The solution pairs a single relocated tall mirror—mounted or leaning alone on that wall—with a sculptural paper-globe pendant centered above the table. This creates intentional asymmetry: the mirror handles vertical reflection while the pendant provides horizontal warmth and scale. The ceramic centerpiece keeps the table surface quiet. Clutter clears from seating and circulation paths, restoring the round rug's anchoring function and ensuring chairs pull out freely. The result is a defined dining zone that reads as complete yet restrained.

- Relocated tall mirror, solo on dining wall — avoids competition with the living-room gallery and satisfies the no-art constraint while adding depth through reflection.
